73. LAMB Projects

We have an ongoing professional relationship with the amazing LAMB arts gallery in Mayfair and more recently Sao Paulo. In addition to handling, hanging and managing artworks, we have been commissioned on a number of occasions to design and build interactive immersive exhibition spaces. We have used a variety of media to display the exhibitions in such a way as to reflect the style of the pieces of the collection.

Change of Matter 2018

We created a variety of concrete and steel colourful plinths to display a number of mixed media sculptures and artworks. We experimented with a multiplicity of dyes, ratios, shapes and aggregates to sculpt a large number of unique concrete pieces on which to display the works. We also hung the artwork and assembled and erected the varied sculptures on display.

The Body is the Blessed Fruit 2018

To display the wonderful neo classicist works of ceramics makers Rafael de Ascino and Mattea Poretta, we made a number of pink washed OSB chipboard plinths matching the colour used on a number of canvases in the exhibition. As always we handled and hung the work on display.

Long Deep French Kiss 2018

The installation marks the final show at the gallery’s White Horse Street location before the building is demolished. An homage to Shepherd Market’s long standing history as the ‘red light district’ of Mayfair, and a critique on the rapidly shifting terrain of commercial real estate development in the area, the installation is a playful and interactive journey through 'eroticism under construction’.
