'Taking over the full five-storeys, Bellm and her innovative team have successfully injected new life into a space that stood largely unchanged for nearly three decades. With the top floors occupied by like-minded creatives and financial types, Bellm envisioned a cultural hub - comprised of her long-time gallery LAMB and newest venture Bentler + Bellm - spanning the main and lower levels.' Lipley and Parker worked alongside these collaoborative designers, detailing and fabricating specialist items throughout the build.
Collaborating closely with James Hillman, one of the few remaining lost bronze smiths in Florence who specializes in the lost wax casting technique, we facilitated the hand casting of bronze items in Florence. These pieces were then transported to the UK, where Lipley and Parker fabricated the necessary infrastructure to make them functional.

Lipley and Parker welded a raw steel subframe with one of Jame's bronze rope handrail, counter sunk and fixed to the top. To enhance aesthetics, the staircase was then expertly clad in oak, giving the heavy-duty steel frame the illusion of lightness. The second highlight featured a galaxy floor, achieved by embedding various types of marble "planets" into an onyx black screed.
